Loading of bulk baggage into the aircraft has been completely automated using the new RampMate^® system. This new system bridges the last remaining manual gap in the bulk baggage handling process.

Loading of baggage into the aircraft has traditionally been done in two different ways, loading of complete ULDs (wide body flights) or bulk baggage (narrow body flights).

The loading of bulk baggage has traditionally been a manual process. However, this can now be automated by using the RampMate^® system.

The integrated Baggage Management and Reconciliation System offers improved level of security and aids prevention of short-shipped and misrouted bags.
