Loader and palletizer in one

The automatic truck loader loads and palletizes bagged materials simultaneously. This takes place without the use of pallets as the sacks are usually loaded by the truck loaders directly on the truck loading platform. This makes the BEUMER autopac® 3000 ideal for use in countries in which no pallets are available. The BEUMER autopac® 3000 operates quickly and efficiently in preselected numbers of rows or stacks. Hourly capacities of up to 3000 sacks are typical.
User-friendly handling
The BEUMER autopac® is designed for ease of use and individual control. It is set to its initial position from the control panel. After entering the number of rows, layers and total sacks, loading takes place fully automatically.
Air in the cement bags is removed during the loading process through pressure exerted by two conveyor belts arranged on top of each other and the bags are stacked flat. The BEUMER autopac®
3000 offers the benefit of gentle bag handling. This is a particular advantage for loading paper bags and woven plastic bag as bag fracture is prevented at the outset.
Exceptional loading capacity
Owing to the loading capacity of about 3000 bags per hour, high efficiency and optimal utilisation of the loading capacity is achieved. An electronic counter automatically ensures that the truck to be loaded is not over or underloaded. Sturdy loading units provide for safe road transport. Power is supplied via a suspension rail with cable trailer. The BEUMER autopac® with its loading head, which can be adapted to different packing patterns, is very versatile. It can also be provided with an additional hoist winch, which makes decoupling of the loading head possible. In this way the automatic loader can be converted to a classic manual loading machine.
A further decisive advantage of the BEUMER autopac® 3000 is the omission of the pneumatic and hydraulic drive as these can cause leakage and soiling of the load. Especially in hot countries, these energy-intensive drives have the disadvantage of making the use of additional cooling units necessary. Thanks to the technology developed by BEUMER, the automatic truck loader is highly efficient and easy to maintain.
The BEUMER autopac® 3000 consists exclusively of electromechanical components, ensuring high availability and efficient operation. In addition, it offers the benefit of a low space requirement of only 5 metres per lane.
