BEUMER stretchpac®
is the fully automatic stretch wrapping machine for securing load units of products from a large number of industries. The BEUMER stretchpac® is a cost-effective type packing machine which offers safe transportation and load protection.

The operating principle of this stretch wrapping machine is called an orbital stretch wrapper in which the stretch film roll rotates around the stationary load, resulting in short wrap cycle times and high throughput rates.
The stretch film is tensioned and then wrapped around the stationary stack of packed goods resulting in a spiral overlap. The strong contracting forces of the film ensure reliable transport protection of the load units.
The top side of the stack of packed goods can be protected by using a top film sheet that is applied prior to wrapping.

The BEUMER stretchpac® R stretch wrapper operates by using a turntable for the pallet load, and a film applicator that can move up and down, but does not rotate around the load.
The stretch film is tensioned and then wrapped around the rotating load so that it overlaps. The strong contracting forces of the film ensure reliable transport protection of the load units.
The top side of the stack of packed goods can be additionally protected by using a top film sheet that is applied prior to wrapping.
